The ICH GIVES BACK program encompasses Humanitarian efforts in addition to Charitable geographical projects and support of the Billie Fowler, ICH International Scholarship. Members also GIVE BACK an endless amount of hands-on service hours thru ICH.

The ICH Board has approved that proceeds from the ICH Sept meeting raffle, along with additional member donations generated below will go to The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.
The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in Kerrville, Texas. The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund supports urgent relief and long-term rebuilding after the devastating floods of July 4, 2025, helping affected area local families rebuild and recover.
Together, ICH and its members can make a meaningful difference during these continued challenging times.
As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations made to ICH for this endeavor are tax deductible in relation to your overall return.

Billie C. Fowler International Connections of Houston Scholarship
International Connections of Houston was established in 1999 by Billie Fowler, Kathleen Barndt, Liz Evans, Sylvia Hudson, and Barbara Halstead with the desire to connect Expatriates and Repatriates to each other, Houston, and the wider world.
Continuing in the spirit of this, the Billie C. Fowler International Connections of Houston Scholarship was founded at the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and established ICH as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
For over 20 years, this scholarship has been awarded to students pursing an education with an international orientation, honoring ICH’s fundamental desire to influence, support and encourage young minds with a global focus.
