By definition a Connoisseur is a person who has expert knowledge of something, esp. an art, food, or drink, and is qualified to judge and appreciate its quality. 
Our ICH Connoisseurs Club has monthly meet ups where we gather together to share our diversity through food and drinks. Members of the group each have a turn to host.
